About Shaun
With over two decades of experience in the building industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless clients design and create their dream homes.
My journey began in 2000 as a draftsperson and designer, where I developed a deep passion for turning architectural ideas into tangible living spaces.
After a few years, I transitioned into sales, eager to guide people through the entire process of designing their home from the ground up.
Over the next 20 years, I worked for a range of project home builders across various market levels, gaining invaluable insights into every aspect of home building. However, in 2020, I stepped away from the project home building industry to explore new opportunities.
After satisfying my curiosity in other areas, I realised that my true passion was still in the building industry—working directly with clients to design homes that reflect their unique needs and vision.
In 2023, I returned to what I love most: creating personalized, thoughtful home designs. My goal is to provide a quicker, more transparent, and more hands-on experience for my clients, something I felt was often missing in larger, more corporate building environments.
I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating closely with a couple of trusted builders, Simon and Matt, both of whom I’ve worked with at previous home building companies. Simon, a former Supervisor and Construction Manager, and Matt, a former Supervisor and GM, have each built successful, owner-operated building companies that I wholeheartedly trust.
